Alysha Flynn is a marathoner, trail ultra runner, and certified performance coach with over 25 years of running experience and 15 years of coaching expertise. Her work has been featured in Runner’s World, SELF, Forbes, CNN, Vogue, and RunHer Magazine through expert contributions and thought leadership in the endurance space.

As a consultant and coach for the Every Woman’s Marathon, she develops inclusive training resources and educational content that support thousands of female athletes nationwide.

Alysha’s coaching goes beyond mileage and pace charts. She specializes in helping women train with structure and confidence in seasons that require flexibility—whether rebuilding after burnout, returning from injury or pregnancy, balancing motherhood and ambition, or pursuing a long-held PR goal. Her philosophy blends performance strategy with real-life sustainability, helping athletes build strength that lasts far beyond race day.
